Not the best area but as everything else is very expensive it’s not that bad. The rooms were clean and the staff as nice. The WiFi was so so. I didn’t have the breakfast so I can’t speak of it. The area around the property it’s a bit sketchy but I felt safe.

Perfect 2 nights stopover.

This place must have been recently renovated as our room was fresh, bright and clean. It's a budget hotel so we knew that the room was compact but thoughtful designed. Breakfast next door was great for the price. Staff were helpful and diligent. We walked everywhere that we wanted to see.

Great property! Would recommend anyone visiting singapore to stay here. Would recommend management to get a plumber to rework on the bathroom slope as show water doesn’t drain well. Would rate 10/10 for the property condition and cleanness

If you’re happy to take the metro or a taxi into the city centre, then this is a brilliant option for staying in Singapore without paying £££ per night. Very clean and comfortable, even though it’s a small room. Filtered water available in the bathroom is a very nice touch.

I have to specially commend the counter staff Imran and Rozi. They are very helpful in helping me to call taxi, especially Imran who help me thoroughly in the whole booking process and see to it that the car arrived. He has been so nice in helping me with the luggage. I highly recommend him for his excellent service.

Advantage and Disadvantage

The room is clean and tidy. However, the hot water is not hot enough. The staff is very helpful and willing to answer our questions. We are surprise there is complimentary breakfast. I think the price is also reasonable. But it is not near the downtown.

Hotel was clean but beyond that nothing impressive. Rooms too tiny and overall not very welcoming atmosphere. Two of the front staff though were very helpful. Imram and Daniel, thanks for balancing the experience to positive.

Very very noisy at night

I rarely give hotels low ratings, but unfortunately I feel compelled to do so this time. The main issue was the noise at night. We had a room on the first floor facing a busy street. The traffic was so heavy and the windows so poorly insulated that even earplugs didn’t help. Additionally, the sink in our room was broken (the drain was clogged). On the positive side, the breakfasts were delicious, there was the option to borrow an iron, and the hotel offered free luggage storage until late in the day.

CLEAN WITH A SAFE & KETTLE

Very clean and new, staff helpful. Special thanks to Adhika at reception and to Angela in cafe next door (where hotel breakfast and dinner is served). Location is excellent , food venue Is next door at Munch Kitchen and also opposite. Underground MRT station about 13 minute walk away, ALJUNIED and is very cheap to use and will whisk you into downtown in about 10 minutes. Buses also nearby, use Google maps to find your destination, click on directions and then the transport icon for that, also very cheap and a great way to see the city for cheap. I used it extensively.
