Hotel was okay for our vacation it was clean and had a lot of dining options nearby. The staff were also very nice and friendly. However there wasn’t hot water for times we wanted to shower that was the only problem we had.

It was an average stay! Close enough to the airport. Was in a double twin room with no window so didn't expect much. It did however smell like body odor when we got in the room which wasn't pleasant but we sprayed perfume to help that... otherwise it was standard and good for a night!

I found this hotel to be a reasonable budget hotel. It is very clean and well managed. The Staff was very helpful and nice. The cleaning staff was also very friendly and helpful as well. The hotel is located conveniently near a bus stop that also stops at the MRT stations as it winds its way through town. We stayed 7 days. I would highly recommend it for budget travelers.

The male non chinese staff REFUSED to redirect my phoen call to the room He INSISTED anyone should call the guest directly on their hp. Literally only hotel ive ever heard to do this. He claimed he could NOT transfer calls to the room due to privacy. Excuse me how would i even know guest room and name that u double checked with me?? if u want to reconfirm with guest fine but refusing to direct calls is just lousy service. Staff behave really badly this trip round I felt bad cos recommended the hotel as like the beds etc and previous chinese male was nice. Late one night when returned to room key would not work staff insisted try again and still it failed due to battery THEN they finally walked up to help open door. That was the same night I called room and the male staff was sooo unhelpful when I called wondering what was the delay. Thank god my cousin had help cos she was with a 2yo child but hotel staff doesnt care smoke breaks are also taken infront of hotel in uniform... The car park is stacked with debris that no one has bothered to stack neatly to free up the spot. Could be much better managed but no one cares.

The hotel is in an easily accessible quiet area with some nice cafes and local cuisine close by. Rooms are small but clean and quiet. Staff are very helpful and friendly.
