Zero star not recommended to anyone
Front desk person was not helpful at all. We arrived at about 11pm the desk person was not more than four feet away from entry door see us we are 70 years old struggling to push our luggage to entry door had no courtesy to even hold the door. Plus room was smelling pee and had sewage smell. Mentioned to the receptionist in the morning and he says that is normal in this hotel Hotel is situated in red light area.
