Very kind and helpful staff; good amenities such as a fridge, microwave, water dispenser, and washing machine. The rooms were reasonably comfortable (I just would have liked a window) and the wifi worked. The location was convenient for public transportation and there were several restaurants, convenience stores, and massage parlors nearby. I would book here again.

Disappointed. Booked the family ensuit and did not know that i have keyed in 2 adults during the search. the room is the biggest room (1 queen and 2 bunk bed) and is available for stay up to 4 adults. Because of this, i was charged sgd66 for additional 2 adults. It is super overcharged. Did a quick search on another day, same room 4pax vs 2 pax, there is no difference in price but i was told by K2 guest that there is a price difference hence they need to charge me. This is not true. Called as the service provider, i was informed that there is nothing they can do. This is unfair. This is the last time to use No after sale service. Blame my own eye side for failing to key in the correct number of guests in the search box. Blame myself for making the wrong choice to choose Text K2 guest as well, no single response, again no after sale service at all.
