Great stay at great price
Hotel was last minute planned but a fun getaway. The room was more spacious than a normal hotel with a separation between the sleeping room and living room. Love the kitchen as we could cook food that we bought from nearby market. The second floor room are very comfortable. When we asked staff for more towels, they provided new ones the next day. Service was good.

Check in was easy and fast. The staff answered my questions by phone before arrival and allowed an early check in. Room is a good size, with 2 bathrooms. Smart TV in living room with DVD, and another Smart TV in the bedroom. Both accept hard drive. Really fast wifi. Lots of power points. A/c is very good and cools down fast. Bus stop right outside the back gate and MRT is 5 mins walk. On the down side, being a serviced apartment house keeping only come once per week so fresh towels are in short supply.

Air con and a lady
Location is great Room is great On the 4th night the air condition at the 5th floor is not working. Hence we called in the next day the reception says they are aware of the situation and is fixing it and SHOULD be able to fix. If not able to fix will change us to another room. On the 5th night, my partner stayed up till 1am with the facilities to have them fix the air conditioned and the unwillingly gave up their own fan to us till is fixed. The reception lady ( did not catch her name) , malay short hair lady give us the vide that she is not willing to reply to any of our queries. When my partner went down to collect a parcel she tell her the items on the table is ours. Without any emotion and also feelings. Housekeeping sometimes forget one or two things during house keeping. The only bonus is the allow us to have late checked out till 2pm

Cozy stay in a quiet neighborhood.
The apartment was generally clean and working. Sofa was too old and should be replaced as the seats tend to sink in. Housekeeping can be improved. Over a couple of occasions, hand towels were left out and facial kleenex was not replaced. Neighborhood was quiet and nice. Several good eateries within walking distance.
