The apartment with 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms plus the washer dryer in the guest bathroom. The staffs were very helpful & friendly. It is very spacious and good for family.

We stayed at Louise Kienne Service Apartment in August 2026 for four nights and its just what we needed. Apartment had one bedroom with on suit, the living room space had a sofa turned into bed which also had its own bathroom.. the kitchen had everything we needed i.e. fridge, microwave and kettle. Kids stayed in living room so having space to ourselves was nice. It wasn't crammed at all. Hotel provided complementary coffee tea at the lobby - that coffee machine was incredible with biscuits on the side. We didnt opt for breakfast with them.. but that coffee was enough to wake me up before heading out. Staff were super helpful.

Excellent customer service. Location is superb. Very well connected to all the transport options. Havelock mrt just a five min walk. Well maintained and fully equipped. Couldn't ask for more. Will definitely come again.

The room was small, as expected in Singapore. The sofa bed’s mattress had dark stains that were not cleaned, and the cushion on the sofa was very soft and weak, making it unstable. The shower was very small and uncomfortable to use. Tried visiting the gym and it stank badly. The kids’ area with toys was nice and kids enjoyed it.

It is fine, nothing fancy, you have to remember this is a serviced residences and NOT a hotel. Once you keep that in mind, you re-align your expectations and are fine. Best part of this place is the location, super central. Rooms are fine, nothing fancy - but as is typical of Singapore, there is a laundry list of "no-no's" and not much in the way of feeling welcomed.

Overall, the property was ok. The location was within walking distance to MRT and food court. Very convenient but customer service could be better. We had to leave at 3am since we had a 6am International flight and was told that Security would be there overnight. Front desk was only staffed 8am-10pm. Security didn’t came for 20 minutes. Looked like he was napping in his car in the parking lot. I also thought that I left a new box of L’Occitance lotion (gift for my niece). I called them to check and the receptionist said that she would check with housekeeping and called back through WhatsApp but never did. I messaged them through WhatsApp 3 days later and they didn’t respond until several hours later, when I messaged them again and threatened to report them to corporate and left a bad Expedia review.
