オーチャードから一駅の場所にあり、最寄り駅は徒歩すぐで便利と思いますが、徒歩圏内にスーパーなどの買い物のできるお店はなく、少し不便を感じた。朝食は月曜から金曜までブッフェ形式で提供され種類は少なく感じた。

Amazing location perfect spot for access to all transport links and even close enough to walk 10 mins to main streets. The place was amazing and so clean and from the very first moment of arriving all the staff were so helpful and friendly and left nothing unanswered and were so happy to help with any questions/ queries throughout our stay the apartment was so comfortable and and real home from home And suited my family 2 adults and 3 children perfectly and had everything we needed. An amazing family friendly place to stay and will definitely be staying there again in the future

６滞在しました。ホテルという感じではなく、コンドミニアム的な感じです。ホテルと同様のサービスはありませんが、大人数での滞在には良いと思います。アメニティも初日以降の補充はなく、自分で用意していました。 オーチャードまでは徒歩２０分以内ですが、タクシーは近すぎて利用しにくいです。 朝食は、ほとんど毎日同じようなメニューです。品数も少ないですし、遅い時間に行くと、補充はあまりされません。外食メインであるなら問題ありません。 暮すように滞在したい人にはお勧めですが、サービスを求めるなら向かないと思います。

출장을 겸한 여행이었는데, 위치도 괜찮았고, 호텔 방도 좋았습니다. 다만 부엌에서 바퀴벌레가 나와서 경기한 경험과 오래되어 낡은 가전제품으로 인해 평가가 하락되었네요. 직접 요리해주는 음식이 없어 아쉽기는 했지만 조식은 만족스러웠고, 수영장 이나 헬스장도 관리가 잘 된 듯 합니다. 방이 커서 여러명이 사용하기에 좋았습니다.

Troublesome Air-con.

The complex is located in a very convenient location. Very close to the MRT and in walking distance to Newton Food Court which is a great place to try all the local delicacies. The staff was always very friendly and helpful. The breakfast choice was adequate but not extensive. The apartment was very spacious with three good sized bedrooms and no shortage of storage space. The beds were very comfortable. One big niggle though. The Air Conditioning. One unit in the en-suite bathroom persistently leaked and dripped noisily on to the floor meaning it was impossible to sleep in that room. We reported it several times and attempts were made to resolve the issue. Only by the last night was it problem free. Other units within the apartment were very noisy.

Excellent property to stay at.Quiet and very good service. Very Close to Newton MRT. Kids loved pool area. Breakfast good. Our Washing Machine wasnt working and it was replaced the same day. The only thing I would suggest to those looking at saying in this property would be to request a room with a view. Athough we were on the 16th floor we were unable to see out of the windows. Apparently those units facing the direction of the presidents home have windows that are you can not see out, for security reasons. This was the only disappointment for us. Would certainly recommend for travellers

Truly a home away from home. Such spacious and well appointed apartments. Dedicated staff from reception, housekeeping, ground staff and the ladies preparing breakfast each morning. We spent two weeks at Orchard Scotts and would love to return. Convenient location, incredible facilities and gardens. Newton MRT interchange connects the North-south and Downtown line as well as buses.

We were situated within easy walking distance to the MRT, Newton Hawker food Centre and Orchard Road. Our one bedroom apartment was kept very clean and all amenities were in first class order. I appreciated the washing machine and dryer and thank the smart housekeeping staff of proving an airing rack! The staff were all professional and helpful and the friendly staff in the breakfast room were so efficient. Well done team Orchard Scott’s Residences!

Great property and only a 4 min walk from Newton MRT station. Was super easy to get around Singapore from this location. Room was spacious and accommodated all 4 of us perfectly. Enjoyed the pools twice (4 pools on site). But the best part was Violet, who gave us our personal check in and check out services. And August who handled all of our luggage with ease. Thank you Violet and August. Would definitely stay again. Oh, and no room service, but a non-issue for us as we ate while out exploring Singapore, grabbed a few groceries from the 7-Eleven in the Newton train station or crossed the street and dined at the Newton hawker Centre, which stays open until 4am.

An oasis on the heart of orchard road

This was my second stay at Orchard Scotts - 16 nights in total. By far my favourite place in Singapore, extremely spacious, amazing communal areas (huge swimming pool, beautiful landscaped gardens), and 3 minutes away from an MRT station (Newton) where you have the option of north-south and downtown lines - only 1 stop away from Orchard station. It is an oasis right next to the hustle and bustle of orchard road. And there's an excellent food market 5 minutes on foot from the apartment. Highly recommended!

The property had many amenities which are great for kids. Only negative comment was that property was a bit loud at night. It seemed like there were kids/people running and screaming on the floor at night and the property was a bit far to walk to Orchard street. However, if you plan to take cab and do more resort style holiday, this is a great place at a reasonable price.

The property was fantastic! We were very impressed with the size of the apartment, along with the amazing pools and also the proximity to the MRT transport network to get around! We would highly recommend to families and those wanting a bit more room. It is not a resort, so don’t be misled, but that didn’t bother us as we were satisfied with our own kitchen and cooking facilities etc.

Overall - Not a 5 star as it has been advertised. The first room we were given was awful, had mold and was very unkept, After complaining we were given another room which was in a much better condition, but still not to a 5 star standard. Good pool area, rooms were spacious and was nice having a separate lounge and kitchen area. welcome package of goodies was a nice touch. Great place if you want a spacious room and are willing to overlook the decor.

A touch of luxury - that makes you at home

Orchard Scotts makes you feel at home. The property has a resort feel with the swimming pools that the family will like. I travelled here on my own and had a one bedroom apt which is better than staying a hotel (the room is equivalent to a full suite + the extra amenities). Convenient 5 min walk to NEWTON MRT station, a 10 min walk to get groceries at Paragon and overall easy access for visitors with free parking, complimentary conference room and robust wifi. The gym is current and up to date. Overall an excellent choice for short term stay or a "long" hotel week (reservations accepted for a minimum of 6 days)
