The room was very nice and clean. Very spacious and well equipped with sufficient cooking utensils. Bottled water everyday. The staffs are extremely helpful especially Vijaya, she goes extra mile to make our stay enjoyable, she deserves a thumb up. The hotel is centrally located, quiet and nice neighbourhood. Less than 5 minutes to MRT downtown line. All covered walking except crossing the street which is helpful in the hot sun.

Best self-contained accom in Singapore. Home away from home. Will def be staying here each visit. Staff, location, proximity to the river & restaurants all perfect. Accom was spacious, everything you could possibly need. Pool water too cold for me.

Our family of 4 spent 6 nights at Park Avenue Clemenceau and we were very happy with the accommodation and amenities. We booked a two bedroom apartment and it was so spacious. Staff were very helpful. Coffee machine at a reception was a nice touch.

The apartment was excellent, good layout, large bathroom and Kitchen. Location is very good with bus stop within 1 minute and MRT in 2 minutes. Grocery store is in the building. Neighborhood is safe, clean. We will stay again and recommend to friends and family.

A Week @ Clemenceau
Super friendly and helpful staff. Well equipped, spacious and comfortable bed.
Very close to bus and train service, supermarket in same building, lots of places to eat close by.
The single rooms only have a shower over bath which has a high step to enter and exit.

During our stay, the family unfortunately became ill with influenza. We had to extend our stay a couple of times due to our son (under 1 year old) being admitted to hospital (we were international visitors). The hotel staff went out of their way to accommodate us and to keep us in the same room. This was extremely helpful for us while dealing with our sick child, we are very grateful for the assistance and understanding provided by the hotel staff at this time.
Not to mention that the hotel was in a great location and the rooms were fantastic for our needs.

We loved our stay at Park Avenue. Everything was just wonderful. The apartment had everything we needed as a family. The housekeeping staff were particularly helpful and kept the place spotless. The location was central and even has a small shopping centre right downstairs, with supermarket and chemist etc. We would definitely stay again!

Cozy stay for a week
It was nice stay. Room was cozy, clean and have all the amenities. Quite near to MRT station and bus stops, so it was easy to move around. USP was that it is in UE square mall, so you dont have to go far for anything and can have a nice cup of coffee in cafes.

Great 1 bedroom apartment for a six night stay. Cleaners came in every second day and reception staff were great. Located with easy access to Clarke Quay and Robertson Quay with a variety of restaurants to choose from. Only a short walk to Fort Canning and Clarke Quay MRT stations.

I stayed at head suites for 19 nights on a business trip. Recently renovated rooms, all new appliances and furniture. Bed was extremely comfortable , rooms quiet and plenty of space to work from the suite. Good access to public transport and plenty of choice of nearby restaurants

We had a really nice apartment for 6 nights, it had everything we needed. The staff were friendly and helpful. The coffee in the lobby was a welcome start to the day.
The location was excellent. A short walk to Robertson or Clarke Quay, or to Chinatown, and when we didn’t feel like walking, the Fort Canning MRT station is right across the road.
We had some trouble with the wifi, it was slow, not sure if it was us or actually slow but we made do because we were out exploring most of the time.

Very pleased with stay. Everything in the apartment was well thought out, staff are very polite, and lots of public transport options nearby. My kids and husband enjoyed the pool. Communal area has 2 computers for use and one coffee machine for everyone to get nice coffees. Cold Storage supermarket in UE Square Mall next door great for buying cooked chicken, sushi, pasta salad, breakfast cereals, fresh milk and fruits.. 7 Eleven downstairs open 24 hrs great for any last minute or late night food purchases. Fort Canning Park very nearby and great for walks, a historic site and great for picture taking.
We had a good stay at Park Ave Clemenceau. The room was clean and in good condition, renovated well. Housekeeper was friendly, the only downside was, the floors don't get cleaned thoroughly. Our check in experience was not a good one. We arrived at around 3 am, had to carry all our luggage ourselves. When we approached the front desk, the guy was asleep. We said hello a couple of times and he then realised we were trying to check in. He seemed very confused & kept telling us we do not have reservations. This was unacceptable especially when we received several confirmations prior to us arriving Singapore. We did inform front desk of the incident. The Manager sent us a fruit basket to make amends. Unfortunately, a week before check out, we also encountered noisy neighbours every morning between 6 to 10. We were disappointed with the way Management handled this issue. We tolerated and ready to move on.

Well located, reasonably appointed and all the staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately when we were there the gym was closed and we were not alerted to this before our arrival, and there was a bad snell in the room which took three days to remove. We weren't offered alternative arrangemeents for either which left the impression that we were just expected to put up with both of these inconviences.
An offer of the use of a nearby gym and another room would have been more appropriate. impress

the room is big and clean with all the things u need, but the staff is bad, even i put the do not disturb sign, they still enter my room do the cleaning, and i ask for extra tower, they keep saying i suppose to ask for it during room cleaning time.
