We are not informed that we need to make a prior online booking to use hotel facilities (e.g gym and swimming pool). By then, it was already fully booked. Went to the counter for help but they insisted that we should call the hotline.
Indicated an invalid telephone on the Expedia website - We lost something during our visit and wanted to call them for help. Nevertheless, we managed to call the RWS helpline for assistance, and still couldn't find our lost items.
