Room and deco is decent but noise insulation is pretty bad as i can hear the next door guy's snore. During the initial part of my stay I opted for a window room and given a ground window room next to the back alley where there is a public motorcycle carpark. It is noisy and annoying as there will often be peopl loitering to chat or smoke around the area and at times the motorcycles park will have their engine start up and idling waiting for god knows what and all this can be random sometimes even till midnight. Note that window room has got no tv. Downgraded mysf to a windowless room and the experience was much better and there is even a TV. Not sure the benefits for paying more for a window without a TV and getting more unwanted noose and annoyance. Toilet cleanliness is also lacking as i believe its only washed twice daily but the usage by so many occupants would definitely meant more frequent wash is required.
