unresponsible hotel stay
i went there and the hotel is closed , call their hotel but no. just dun get through. ask for refund but was rejected . what this meaning. what is self check in where by there is no instruction . press the bell so long no one is there . couldnt believe this is how a hotel do things . even if u closed counter at 10pm but fyi i was there at 930pm but no one came to answer the door and bell ring for asistance. it is not fair to charge me when i didnt even pay.

Staff were really friendly and the Pods were quiet and clean. The location is only 200 meters from an under ground station, hence its really easy to travel around Singapore. The Pods lighting and temperature were easily controlled and the mattress was very comfortable.

I have reserved a room (payment upon arrival) with the confirmation-notification from Expedia and I received another mail from Spacepod asking for arrival (check-in) information, just a few days before. I filled up all the information and I even call them when I touch down at the airport but no one answered my call. Guess what?! I was told the rooms are fully booked when I arrived at the spacepod-hotel around 9:30pm. The staffs and receptionists there are extremely unhelpful, rude and irresponsible. Simply asking me to leave without giving any helps. I will NOT recommend anyone to stay at this hotel: Spacepod@SG!

Dangerous stairs
Ridiculously tiny stairs which are a nightmare to go up/down when you're tired or trying not to disturb the person below you. I slipped and got a huge bruise and scratch which is still visible months later. Other than the scary stairs, it was comfortable enough, though you don't have much control over the temperature of your pod. Basic breakfast, decent enough location, nice customer service, a small locker that can be used. I would stay again if I could opt for a bottom bunk.

This pod has a homey atmosphere, feel like staying at home. Staffs were very friendly. Simple breakfast, you can even fry eggs. However, cleanliness of the shared bathroom was rather disappointing, understood it was quite challenging to keep it clean at All times. one of the USB port in the pod was not functioning, but still ok.

Place was clean and staff was super friendly and helpful. Wifi was great. Location was 2 min walk to MRT. There's many restaurants nearby and one downstairs that's open 24 hours. Breakfast was included - make your own eggs and toast! Free laundry from 7 PM-7AM. Only thing was we were in the top bunk and felt bad for the people on the bottom bunk everytime we would get up in the middle of the night. Other than that, we would stay there again!

Asked hotel for early check in as had a really early flight and was tired. However, they were adamant that I was not able to check in till 2pm, despite when going in 3 beds were free and prepared for next guest. Quite dirty, could do with actual doors instead of curtains, like my previous stay in Hongkong with the pods. Location was good around 5m walk to station. Okay for a few nights

This was a great experience and the concept of those pods absolutely work for me. Very comfy and I got very good nights of sleep. They have a small but good breakfast and real coffee. Overall I really enjoyed my stay

Awesome experience!
I love those pods! They are incredibly comfy and there is a lot of stuff you need in the pod (mirror, charger, fan, light) I had a good sleep and the fans always maintain a good climate inside the pods. There is free breakfast in the morning, real coffee!! and drinks all day. In the night you can even use the washing machine for free! Will be back!

Great staff, good breakfast in the morning and extremely close to the metro station, couldn't have an easier access to the airport and to the city's core. Beds/pods are quite comfortable as well.

Location was really nice - 3min to metro station and 5min by metro to downtown. Price for Singapore is nice too, and for one night it was okay without splurge lot of money. I’m not a hostel person, so I didn’t appreciate this place so much like other backpackers probably.. It’s nice you have little private space, with charger, lights and Fan. But people were noisy during a night and woke me up couple times. There was lot of lights from neons outside of my spacepod which went thru curtains and locker is so small that I can’t fit there my 55L backpack and little backpack. There is a breakfast, but it’s make it yourself eggs and bread with jam. Stuff were nice and helpful, but they don’t work during a night/early morning. Nice and different hostel, but I prefer hotels. 6/10
