Good: the rooms were clean and modern. Great black out curtains! The mini bar selection at check in a nice touch. Be aware: Hotel tricky to find for taxis - 2 taxis we took during our stay didnt know where or how to get to the hotel. Breakfast not great (small selection of food for a buffet, no herbal tea, no gluten free options or non dairy alternative milk) so recommend going to different hotel or venue in Sentosa. Changing facilities (after check out) are awful - small shower at waist height in pool area where the drain was clogged and no hook for clothes. Keep your room or change at Changi airport! The hotel really should not be letting guests know they have changing facilities with what was on offer.

Avoid staying in this property at all. You can’t open your luggage in the room if you are an international traveler. The room is so small you even can’t find place to hang your stuff and clothes. No concierge service it took almost an hour to do the check in. No one helped us to take our luggage to our rooms or out to the taxi.

1) Check in was late by 2 hours because rooms were not available. Staff did a service recovery by providing some small perks. 2) Breakfast was extremely delayed as they forgot about my order. The buffet breakfast was sparse -> there were minimal refills of the food. 3) They blocked out the entire Level 7 because of an event, and this was not communicated during the time of booking. Another disappointment. Overall, an extremely disappointed stay with The Outpost. Would have imagined Far East Hospitality to be much better, but clearly this was very disappointing. Will not recommend anyone to waste their money on this hotel.
