Village hotel Sentosa is overated, its more like a premier inn. Rooms are tiny. We wish we never stayed here as we we were given interconnecting rooms when we booked a delux family room. Very expensive hotel. Stay in the mainland.

Close to all Sentosa Attractions. Shuttle sevice to nearby mall promotes use of either public transportation and GRAB usage to get around town. Definitely got a deal at this resort since i had booked 6 months out.

We loved our stay here with our two teen boys for vacation. From USA. The hotel is well kept up. Staff was attentive and helpful. They had free breakfast which is quite a good spread and they warned of long wait times ahead of time but the days we went no wait all. Perfect. Dinner good but pricey but guess to be expected at a resort. Pools nice. Most catered to kids but liked there was an adult infinity pool. Always could be more lounge chairs but eventually we were able to get one. Rooms were perfect for family with 3 beds. Price is good for what you get. Loved the Sentosa express monorail was within walking and that goes to a nice mall connected to the MRT. Mall had a lot of stuff to shop or eating options. We wished we could be there longer and hope the chance to return.

Not enough hanging space for clothes. Air conditioner unit was temperamental in that we would set it to 21 and would often wake up cold when it had gone down to 20 or would be woken up hot when it had gone to 23! Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you. Staff were very helpful letting us have a late check out

We recently stayed for 7 nights. 4 adults in a family deluxe connecting room. The rooms are small no lounge or anywhere to sit except your bed. We didn’t spend a lot of time in our rooms. The room was very clean and serviced regularly with complete sheet changes. The pool area is lovely ( lots of kids) we took our own towels but there was plenty available each day. Breakfast was a large buffet with plenty of variety. Transport - buses and monorail run from just outside the hotel and very easy, quick and free the get to VivoCity Singapore or beach. It’s is also only a 5 to 10 minute walk to beaches once you find the walkways. Drinks (beer, cocktails, bubbles) at the hotel were expensive so we shopped at the 7 eleven just outside and brought in to pool area which they don’t mind. Overall a great place to stay and come back to after sightseeing.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel or any on Santosa Island to any newcomers coming to Singapore. After paying around $300 per night, I found myself checking around every evening to find all the restaurants closed all day, except the Indian restaurant which costed us $98 USD for a meal for 2. The 7-11 is small and doesn't even have hot food rollers. We found ourselves most evenings, walking to 7-11 having a Dorito and gummy bear dinner because this hotel has 3 'bar and grills' that are closed past 7 pm or open sporadically. Also we paid for the VIP option with our room, which was supposed to come with free breakfast and I ended up having to pay an additional $35 per person per day for "free breakfast." And every single morning they tried to say we were not on the list for free breakfast, after already paying for it twice for the entire length of our stay, they were so unorganized, they tried to make us pay for the breakfast for a 3rd time. We were scammed by every single taxi driver that picked us up at the hotel or brought us back. We thought it was the normal price because the hotel were the ones to arrange for the pickup and tell us the price. Until we downloaded the app and realized we were being charged anywhere from $50 to $60 USD more for every single trip. And the hotel allowed it. They knew we were being scammed. I would not recommend this hotel or Santosa island. Its super overpriced and has a major lack of everything. If you come to Singapore, stay in the city.

We were very happy to stay at the Village Sentosa. I am glad we stayed outside of Resorts World so we didn't get stuck with paying more for food. This way, I was able to entice my kids to explore and not just shop and eat at places there were close by. We enjoyed our spacious rooms and the amazing breakfast buffet that had the largest variety I have seen. Great resort with super friendly staff. We would stay there again.
