"This was definitely not 4 stars, it was 3 star’s experience. I had to drag my suitcase in a dirt road for a quarter of a mile as they wouldn’t let me in the resort to drop off my huge suitcase, despite me asking for it and pointing it out. The nature at the facility was really beautiful, the horseback riding was a nice touch. But the facility, restaurants and service were still at 3 star lever and not 4 starts. "

It would have been lovely a block away but now everyone was setting up stage, equipment etc for a major performance. As early sleepers we decided to leave the next morning It would have been nice to know about the performance before the 24 hour cancellation so we did not have to pay for a room we did not use because we could not go to sleep We felt the owner was less the upfront about the performance and should have refunded a nights fee. We had to book another room to sleep that night. "
