"We arrived on Monday August 24th.. our original room was not ready.. when I did request an early check-in do to my husband’s health issues.. my request was not meet.. therefore they put us in another room.. which we were told we were going to overlook a garden.. well I don’t call looking out at a huge tree a garden.. so we were upgraded to a room overlooking the pool.. which was very lovely, however , we had to pay for the upgrade of $160 a night..we felt we should not have had to pay the upgraded cost.. any help that you can provide us with would be graceful ! Thank you!"

"Rooms with ocean view were second to none. Absolutely breathtaking! The downfalls of this hotel was the lack of meal options. There is one place to eat with the same menu from 11am until close. No lunch or dinner differences. We also felt there was limited lounge chairs near the pool."

"Quiet place, spacious suites. 15 min walk to Hamilton. However Rosemont (as most roads on the island) is a narrow road without sidewalks - so you need to walk on that road for several minutes before you get to a good road with sidewalks."

"The property is charming and beautifully maintained. Everything about the property exudes a feeling of home,comfort and safety but its unbelievable staff is undoubtedly the greatest asset of the hotel."

"The staff was wonderful - very helpful. The property is aged and we did see roaches and rats. The dining chairs are stained with bird poop. Food was good - better in the dining hall that required reservations. My family enjoyed the stay."

"The staff were absolutely amazing. They were so kind and responsive. They offered complimentary rides everyday. The view in the room was stunning. The location is great, right near the ferry to Hamilton. The hotel offered 9 free ferry tickets which can also be used for the bus. The kitchenette was great and had everything you needed. No restaurants within walking distance. You will have to call a taxi."
