"First time in Goa , staff couldn’t do enough for us very polite and accommodating, room as exspected basic but clean ,good quality matress but firm , road outside very noisy day and night. Beautiful swimming pool very polite and helpful staff especially Thomas and clita, bottles of water delivered to room every morning and rooms cleaned whenever you wanted, great location great price. "Apart from other things , its location - by the sea , on the ramparts of the fort Aguada. Our room has a great view of the sea and the pier . The approach from the main road is a two lane road - fair amount of traffic. And it is there for last 8/10 kms. So if you are driving, could be little frustrating after a drive of about 400 kms . "
