"Great location, spacious and beautiful apartment, great bed and bathroom."

"Nice people, and the basic food was good, comfort food. It hit the spot for us. However, the room left much to be desired. If those were sheets on the bed, it's not what I expect. They were more like mattress covers, and thread bare at that. I would eat there again, but I would not spend the night. Just being honest."

"This place is a complete disaster. The confirmation email listed a different address than the actual location, and the phone number provided was also incorrect. After a long and frustrating effort to finally track down the real address, I was met with an unhelpful and dismissive attitude, as if it were my fault for not being able to find the place. It genuinely feels as though they do not want people to visit."

"Bed matress was comfortable, room was clean at first sight, but sheets had a hole and there was some hair on them. The room could be cleaner, walls, and tiles, shower. Also, no soap, shampoo in the bathroom. There is a small kitchenette but no plates, no glasses, cups, spoons, etc. Location not far from public transport. In general, there is a big room for improvement. "

"Nice and simple hotel in a suburb of Mannheim. Breakfast is nt available at the hotel but it is at a bakery in town. The staff is very friendly. This place is very close to Ladenburg."

"Room was clean. Bed comfortable and modern bathroom. Owners friendly and helpful on telephone! No extra facilities in room, I.e. refrigerator or coffee machine. Because of public holidays, also nowhere nearby to have breakfast, luckily we had family in the near so did not matter."

"Very welcoming check in and friendly staff. Hotel looks new and very clean rooms and communal areas. Underground car parking is available for a fee and directly connected to the hotel. Hotel is within walking distance of the main station, from where buses and trams are available into the centre. The only downside to this hotel is it is quite a long walk to the centre of Heidelberg (about 20 minutes). The area around the hotel felt quite safe though."
