"Just came back from a 5 day stay and it was just what was needed. The property was conveniently located near several restaurants and a few feet away from the beach. The only drawback was the elevator being out of service, but the great customer service made up for it. Latoya was absolutely amazing and accommodated all of the requests and inquires that I had during my stay. She connected me to a taxi driver (Mr. Benoit) when needed. Provided me with information on where to eat and also what to do. I can’t say enough good things about her and the hotel as a whole. For my first time in SXM it was great and I can’t wait to go back. "The location of the property was ideal. Close to Maho beach. The property was well kept, however the food was a bit too monotonous. Pretty the same thing rotated for the different nights. Some staff were helpful and pleasant but most of them were just "there". Some of them expressed their displeasure of working there."
