"Truly enjoyed my stay here. Everyone was so friendly, helpful and welcoming. I didn’t want to leave. Rooms were very clean. They offer free shuttle roundtrip transfer from the airport to the resort. The location is perfect. I recommend going to the spa and getting a massage on the pier. I plan on coming back here again next year. "

"The hotel was super clean and the grounds were beautiful… very well taken care of. Housekeeping only comes once during your stay (on Mondays) While we would have preferred daily the hotel is more than happy to provide you with anything that you need in the meantime. We had a minor issue with a bad sewage smell, that was in the hallway outside our room. The manager took the time to address it, provide a timeline and did improve the situation, which we greatly appreciated. The location is great, but you will definitely need to rent a car to get around. Also, be careful driving up…there are some major potholes on the road leading to the hotel (not the hotels fault, just a heads up) All in all, we were really happy with our stay. The service was excellent, everyone was so kind, and we’d definitely come back. Highly recommend!"

"Relaxing lovely stay at the Princess Heights Hotel. We were family on vacation for 1 week. Loved the price that made the trip so affordable. renting a car was super easy and island has a main road that was easy to drive all around. The hotel is up on a mountain area with beautiful views. the room was so spacious. great ac. housekeeping was great. fresh croissants and coffee for breakfast on the balcony was a wonderful start to the day. very relaxing quiet area of st maarten. the staff is so nice and easily reachable by watsapp texting. wifi was great. beds were king size and clean and comfy. the kitchen was stocked with all the basics we needed. there's a pool we didn't get to use it but looked nice. gated area and parking by the building. there was a market for quick coffee and bite and groceries down the hill by car. overall great stay. highly recommend. Thanks Princess Heights! will be back again soon!!"
