"The staff weren’t really helpful. You had to really beg and ask for service a lot of the times same thing with room service. You literally had to tip big for them to come back the next day and even with them coming back the next day, you still need to ask them multiple times"

"Group of 3 and we stayed not on the kontiki property itself but the newly acquired apartments closer to mood beach. The only inconvenience was getting to the natural salt pools, we had to walk around the whole property because our card did not have access to the kontiki entrance by cabana beach restaurant. Our apartment was very spacious, with kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms and 2 baths that accommodated 3 women perfectly but could fit 4-5 if needed. Access to the beaches and restaurants was great. "

"The hotel staff was very helpful, having the beach and restaurants right on site was super convenient, a variety of options and not having to drive anywhere for meals in the evening. The proximity to the dive boat and the dive company staff were amazing. The music from Mambo beach one night was pretty loud but it was nice to have the option of nightlife within walking distance"
