"Right next to the zaandam train station which is perfect. So beautiful inside and out, lovely staff. Only gripes were the lighting in the bathroom and the lack of cutlery for tea/coffee in the room."

"Hotel in a nice location ( 10 min walk into town. Staff ok, can be absent at times. Room a good size. Bath takes for ever to fill and water not very hot. Breakfast room was busy as hotel was full. Fair selection of items. Fridge in room but alas no complementary water provided. Would we stay again -yes."

"Really clean, comfortable bed, cute breakfast/lunch place. Really quiet! Usually $10 to go anywhere we wanted which was ok as the room was so reasonable in price. Challenging room in that one person had to be in the bathroom if the 2nd person wasnt on the bed - 2 people cant fit in the room as the whole room - wall to wall - is thw bed with maybe 2’ at end of bed but door opens in so everything takes strategy but workable. They only give you one towel each and no hand towel which isn't great. You have to ask for a blow dryer. There’s no conditioner in the shower, and terrible lighting for makeup in the bathroom - and no space for anything - but we worked around all of that and i still recommend as its a great price and so clean and quiet - but no windows - no idea what time of day it is - so very much a shoebox - but i would stay again - nice place just dont bring much and be prepared for these little things and have a great trip! Really nice people and good breakfast!!"

"Lovely hotel, clean and modern. The multi bedroom apartment was perfect for our family trip. Every staff member we met was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Restaurant was nice as well, with friendly staff, good food an an inviting atmosphere The train station across the street was easy to navigate and super convenient It was a pleasant discovery to find a full service grocery store with an excellent bakery across the street. Definitely our go to place in Amsterdam!"

"Property was gorgeous. Very posh. But the room was set up so strangely. The bathroom just had a smoked glass door that neither closed completely nor latched, so you had zero privacy. The shower floor seemed designed to flood the whole bathroom, which we did with every shower. You couldn't turn on the shower head without getting doused with COLD water because it was placed so oddly. It seemed like they favored the aesthetics too much and the practical side of things too little."

"This place is so cool! We got upgraded to the suite! Had a sauna and whirlpool bath. In it! When in Amsterdam you have to stay here! Very close to the windmill museum! Shopping and restaurants are connected to hotel!"
