"On our floor they had a water leak from the ice machine that made the whole floor and our room smell like wet dirty carpet moldy/mildew smell. The hotel looked nice otherwise and valet staff was nice. We had a balcony overlooking some of the water. Didn’t use pool or any of the hotel amenities so can’t really rate that. Also didn’t realize garage parking was $30/night when booking which I think is excessive so we ended up self parking a half block away. "

"Moldy, smelly, very dim lights , buffering TV programs, very old tub with cracks and rust . And this was their "Suite""

"I love the staff they're extremely nice and respectful and accommodating but my room is dirty like I take my own cleaning stuff just in case so I had to clean it I moved furniture around there was like broken pieces of glass like from a light bulb that was busted but I almost cut myself on but other than that it was you know I love staying there"

"Staff could be a friendlier and more welcoming in the front. Tone used feels like I am checking in, into a emergency room with a stern receptionist who has had a long night. Besides that, the hotel is beautiful, clean and has alot to offer. "

"The bathroom had wallpaper coming off, the mirrors were streaking, the room with the ice machine was littered with dirty linens- even under the machine, the elevator doors were so dirty, the pool was like ice cubes. The Lobby was beautiful and the staff were friendly. It just felt like once you leave the lobby it’s a completely different hotel- more like a motel where you pay by the hour. "

"Our stay thankfully was short. The restroom door had to be pushed or pulled with force because it dragged the ground. The tub and toilet need to be replaced. "
