"Staff was there to greet us after you call them to front. Heavy incense burning all the time. Made my throat hurt every morning. Sheets were covered in hair so asked for new sheets and just used the blankets we had in car. The bathroom door didn’t close so if your comfy with your spouse your good otherwise you get to share bathroom time. Everything was painted over so could see all the previous attempts to paint. so lots of poor maintenance, looked like very half effort was done. TV does has direct so lots of choices. Ice machine was broke. Didn’t do the breakfast so not sure on choices. Has a mini fridge( that worked fine) and microwave( didn’t try) Water had a slimy feel almost like bathing in conditioner. Lots of food options close. The town is very cute and has a great small town feel. Train in the morning at 530 am was an abrupt wake up call. Was disappointed as well checking out. Called on the line to let them know was checking out and from behind the door could hear her say just leave the keys. Would not stay again"

"Extremely clean and well kept up. Staff congenial and willing to extend my stay on a daily basis while I was visiting a very sick relative in hospital and wasn't sure of departure date. Room had refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker. Had tv but did not use. King bed very comfortable. Nice complimentary continental breakfast. Close to restaurants and shops. I minute from hospital. Have traveled the world and stayed many places. You won't beat Dutch Inn & Suites for quality and price."

"The place was very dated, and had a very odd smell… like Windex and Chicken. I could deal with that, but starting at 10pm some homeboy decided to kick his bass up underneath my room window. That went almost all night. Not sure if it was an employee taking lots of smoke breaks or what, but I got little to no sleep. I also found hair all over the tub, so I didn’t use the shower. It made my drive the next day quite taxing."
