"We were welcomed with a free drink, and good news that our room was upgraded to a suite for free! All the staff we spoke to were friendly. The room was clean. I asked for a fan from the front desk and someone brought it up within 5 minutes. Great experience."

"Rooms weren’t bad but the rest of the hotel is horrible. The whole rug in the hallway was moldy and the hallway is dark. Due to not wanting kids around the mold we left and got a room somewhere else without even saying anything and taking a loss."
