The staff were very friendly when checking in and out! The traffic noise from the Interstate was quite loud and somewhat annoying! I realize that can’t be helped now! The window felt like there was cold air coming inside. The pillows on the bed were very uncomfortable! There were not enough available plug in sockets. Only trash can available was located in the bathroom!

The “complementary” breakfast was awful, the shower doors in our room would not stay closed, the mini fridge wasn’t working so they had to replace it and it still didn’t work properly, I specifically booked this hotel because of the pool/hot tub and the smell of chlorine just SMACKS your face as soon as you open the door. We tried it out but just couldn’t hang due to this and the fact that our eyes were burning. Also, the walls/floors are paper thin. You can definitely hear people above you walking around and people in the hallway when they walk past your room. Try to be quiet because whatever you say in your room everyone standing in the hallway can hear.

Clean and comfortable as usual, this Hampton was made extra special by their staff! During our stay we had very friendly and attentive front desk staff, accommodating housekeeping, and a wonderful breakfast attendant who went the extra mile to watch out for my dietary restrictions. I loved the location and for the price amazing quality. As someone who doesn’t experience amazing water pressure this was the best shower ever, the beds are extremely comfy and an overall nice experience.

The front desk staff was top notch, the breakfast and the two fellas working it were fantastic. Beds were great, shower and bathroom was great. Cleaning staff were so friendly. Thanks!! We have stayed in the past and will stay again. Much better than our stay at a different hotel near the airport the night before.

I think the property may have been recently updated. Everything was very nice and clean. Beds were comfortable. Mini fridge and microwave in the room. We don’t drink coffee but I think there was a coffee maker. My only complaint was the lobby area was freezing. We stayed in December and it’s obviously cold in SD in December but they have The lobby directly in front of the sliding front door so if you are eating breakfast or just visiting or playing games with people, it’s very cold.
