"The pool and hot tub were both perfect temperature, and breakfast offered a variety of hot choices as well as pastries. All of the food was good. The room was very clean, and comfortable, and the staff were amazingly polite, and helpful. David, at the front desk, was always cheerful and went out of his way to be accommodating. Will stay here whenever we are in town."

"Everything was pretty good for our stay. The only significant complaint is that there is no ice machine. The ice maker in your room refrigerated is expected to be your source of ice. However, the ice maker in our refrigerator did not work. So we were without ice during our 4 day stay."

"Had great experience. Rooms were clean and area was quiet. Breakfast was great, and made even better by the lady working. She was a treat, and we enjoyed talking to her each morning. Very convenient to all the restaurants and shopping in downtown Sioux Falls. Great place to stay."

"Not sure how this place gets good reviews. Breakfast is disgusting and there is continuous noise throughout night. Because it is only a 2 story building, we heard loud groups until very late at night and then again early AM. Room cleanliness was fine. Breakfast….everything from inedible,?frozen food to not having anyone to clean around tables and serving areas. Again, as stated….disgusting conditions. "
