Location is good but not worth $116/night. Bed was old and uncomfortable. Bathroom was dirty and only 1 towel, 2 washcloths, 1 hand towel (was stained with grease). Only 1 roll of toilet paper that was half gone.Hot tub was not working. When we requested more towels we were told we had to come get them.

The pool was ice cold and I am not exaggerating. The hot tub was not up and functioning because the manager basically told us he didn’t feel like it. Then in our room we finally had hot water for showers after our third shower. To say the least this was the worst stay in a hotel for us in a long time especially when our kids were looking forward to a winter getaway to a pool and hot tub. To say the least we will definitely not be returning to this hotel.

Don’t stay here! Save your money.
This is the third hotel booked with hotels.com in the last two months that doesn’t have an accurate hotel description. I won’t book any additional rooms with you. This hours was Smokey, dirty, rooms and beds in terrible condition, hot tub was broken, pool cold, breakfast was a joke. So dirty there and good is not packaged so we didn’t eat not knowing if it was contaminated with dirt and germs. Staff was rude.
