Clean sheets bed was conformable, pool was a little small but the kids enjoyed it very much. Great staff, the were happy to help with every request. Breakfast was well prepared and tasty. I would stay here again.

Our room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was quite small with the large toilet that was in there. We were on the second floor an elevator would have been nice. But all in all it was a quiet comfortable stay. The kids enjoyed the pool but the hot tub was out of order. The staff was very polite and helpful. We were able to check in early also. Thanks for a great stay we will definitely come back.

The positives: daily housekeeping service, friendly staff, quiet considering the location, within walking distance of places to eat, and down the road to the Cinema. Negatives: breakfast was not the best, I’m a coffee drinker so getting a cup of coffee from a dispenser wasn’t my idea of coffee-the place is outdated but if a bed and shower is all you need-it fits the bill.

It’s obviously is not a Waldorf Astoria, but the place was incredibly clean, much better than a lot of higher end places I’ve been. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also much better than many more expensive places. I don’t think you can get more bang for your buck.

I really liked the property and amenities. The staff was initially wonderful. Unfortunately we were there to see my mother-in-law that was in hospice. The 1st night was great. The next morning we needed to leave early as we received a call that she was not goingto make it. My husband went to the car and there was another car pulling in and blocked him, no other cars were in the parking lot, so he couldn't understand why he parked directly behind us blocking us completely. . The young man got out and did not even acknowledge my husband's request to please move as we were in a hurry. He left his car blocking ours for 40 minutes. We found out it was a new staff member for the hotel. The manager apologized and told us he would take care of it. We did not make it in time to see my mother-in-law, she passed away 15 minutes before we got to her facility. My husband's grief was overwhelming to say the least. We decided to leave the hotel as he was too distraught to stay there again.
