The hotel was clean, the breakfast was better than the typical hotel breakfast, but they had amazing coffee. Hands down best hotel coffee ever. They didn’t have flavored creamer so I had to have it just black at first I had very low expectations (hotel and gas station coffee typically needs LOTS of flavored cream BUT their coffee could make me give up creamer

Friendly staff, nice quiet facility, loved the layout of my room and the best water pressure in a hotel shower I have experienced in the past 20 years of travel. I wish they would up their breakfast game, not the worst but it was the standard waffle, watery egg block and microwave sausage patties.

The entire staff was professional. It was a very clean place to stay. The next time we stay in Sioux Falls, we will be staying there, and when we are out of town for a night or two, we will be looking for Towneplace and Sites. Thank you for a pleasant experience.

Great room layout for a multi day stay. Appreciated the kitchen, couch, dining table. Breakfast options were good and nice to have the indoor pool. Exercise room is small but serviceable. Overall, a good stay!

The perfect choice for us - my husband and I were traveling with a friend and we all preferred that we had two separate bedrooms for sleeping. What a lovely set-up. A spacious kitchenette and "living room" space along with two perfect sized bedrooms. Perfection!
