Overall it was pretty good . On our last night we had to contact the front desk twice about the noise . Finally at 12:30am the people above us quit doing whatever they were doing . For 3 nights this went in and on .

I am glad you called the front desk, anytime you have an issue we should call up to a room and make sure they are aware of being loud. Front desk staff was very nice and helpful! I loved the indoor pool and laundry service area. The room was very spacious and the little kitchen was helpful

The room was dated with some wall paper peeling off and the sitting chair was concave at the seat but the room was clean. Front desk staff were nice and friendly. The breakfast was wonderful! Pool and hot tub were perfect for us, they provided towels in the pool area. We saw several dogs so that's a plus for pet owners. The laundry room for customers was nice, the washers and dryers were very modern. We enjoyed the stay.

This hotel was so dirty and run down! We found a pill under a table, a dirty popsicle stick behind a chair, a french fry behind a couch pillow in addition to the mold growing in the shower, the wallpaper warping and peeling everyone and nail clippings along the wall. Disgusting!

Hell Lora,I am sorry that you did not experience a great stay, we would of loved to have looked at switching rooms if it was not up to standard. We normally have rave reviews on our cleanliness and staff, so this is surprising. I have address this with the housekeeping manager. I also put in work orders for maintenance as well. We have a computer log at the desk that did not show that you made any contact with the desk during your visit as part of Marriott we would of done anything we could to make our guests feel welcome. It is hard to do after the guest leaves, if we find out our room was not what you expect. Something was missed, I can assure you this is not normal, but as like anything sometimes things can get missed or looked over. We will continue to focus our efforts in that. Sorry that you did not experience what is normal here. We have offered a complimentary room for the next time you are in Sioux Falls for your recent stay. Thank you.
I stay here for work and this is a nice a little hotel has everything f you need I stay here every time I fly for work the only I wish is to start breadfast earlier I head to the office around 530 and breadfast opens at 630 am

It was clean. The customer service was fast and friendly. The property was clean and the rooms were also really nice. You can even borrow kitchen essentials like blenders and mixers which I thought was awesome.

Hotel was having exterior maintenance done which resulted in paint overspray getting on my car. A heads up would have been nice so I could have moved my car before they started. The hotel staff and the contractor were not very helpful in resolving the issue. Luckily a good pressure washing was able to remove it.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean. The only thing they could improve on is the breakfast options. They had very limited hot food options. But overall the stay was very nice.

Great property and very clean. Just not a lot of options for things to do or places to eat close by. The one restaurant was very busy all the time.
