"Location location location. This one ticks the boxes. Just inside the bridge onto the island it is right next to the shops, bars and restaurants and next to the ferry pier. Everything is a very short walk. We had a room with a small balcony overlooking the water and ferry pier. Well appointed and comfortable. The hotel is old and classic historic in some ways and a little tired in others. The only negative was the AC in the room did not cope with an early June heat. We set it to 19 but the room never got below 23 making it difficult to sleep at night. You can’t have the windows open as there are loads of flying insects hanging around. I would stay there again and recommend it to anyone. "

"A wonderful and excellent property. Super comfortable, beautiful setting, amazing pool, 5-star bedding and rooms. Awesome breakfast and food. We’ll be back! The only issue we had was the hotel is listed as family friendly and we even ordered a crib for one of our rooms. However… its really not for children younger than 10 years old. The kids can't go in the thermal pool for more than 10 minutes, and the hotel would prefer quiet. And try to keep toddlers quiet and out of the pool. "

"What a great find, brilliant location, central but not in the thick of it. Good showers, comfortable beds and good breakfasts. Also loved the deck where you could swim straight into the lake. Very helpful staff and very reasonable rates. Will def stay again. "

"firstly excellent staff who go over and above to ensure you have a memorable stay. this goes from front of house , bar and all maintenance employees. rooms are clean and well maintained as well as value for money. location is well appointed and convienient for ferry and town. have no hesitation in recommending and would be our first choice if we return to sirmione first class in every aspect"
