"Overall a very nice property and nice stay, helpful staff A few small improvement areas: breakfast can start by 7 or at least by 7:30 instead of 8 am, timing of water activities can be extended a little bit in the evening as per sunset timing, provide hand towels, height of towel rack in the bathroom should be lower"

"Everything in life is about expectations. I’m not quite sure why this is described as a resort or a spa since it’s neither. It’s basically a very lively and quite fun karaoke bar with accommodation at the end of the path (you don’t hear the karaoke so that’s not a problem). Location is super convenient for the beach. Rooms are basic and the finishing is pretty wretched. But it does the job. As long as your expectations are modest and you are open-minded, you’ll be fine. It is however comically expensive for what it is (for a proper resort experience visit CGH on Om Beach). "
