"This hotel is an excellent choice for people wishing to stay on the east side of Norwich. The hotel is conveniently located close to the main link roads.The staff are helpful and efficient. The rooms are to the usual Premier Inn standard so you know what to expect. I found the bedroom to be comfortable and very quiet, so yes, I did get a good night's sleep every night. The breakfast is served in the adjacent Brewers Fayre restaurant. I had the full cooked breakfast and it was very good."

"Lovely location and hotel is very peaceful and quiet. Lovely breakfast and staff friendly and helpful. Only negatives were that in the spa the steam room thermostat is not working properly- no steam coming out and the jacuzzi was not hot. Spa and in standard rooms - toiletries are minimal please could you supply hair conditioner. A plug next to the bedside would be handy to plug phones in"

"It's a very expensive room, which was dirty and uncomfortable. Unfortunately there was also music running late into the night. I would only advise staying here if you are part of a wedding/party happening on the premises. "
