We got in late, but the manager/staff was very helpful and accommodating. Got us a nice room. It was quiet, clean comfortable. Bathroom was nice and clean and just thankful for this place. We stayed a number of times. It works very well.

It was very smelly, could not understand the ones that work there. Very unfriendly. The coffee was awful! The food for breakfast was awful. We ended up driving to Watertown and rent a room there.

Room was nice but the air/heater unit runs all day/night even when it is turned to off. Phone in room did not work. Rooms were average, mattress was like sleeping on a plank of wood. This place has bed bugs and tried telling us that we are wrong. There thought we found several. There was also guest complaint they also found bed bugs in their rooms also.

Couldn’t hardly find anyone, and when I did they weren’t very friendly. I cleaned up with room myself which was upsetting but I made due for a night. Bring your own towels if you plan on staying.

For the price, nearly $120 total, for ONE night you'd think we would be staying in a much nicer hotel. The smell of the place (weed and earthy/musty odors), lack of amenities (pool and spa area have been shut down for months according to other reviews), the lack of breakfast selection, subpar mattress and pillows, thin blankets, terrible water pressure, etc. should really have been $70 maxium charged per night...

This hotel is just a step above.A Mo the pool area was empty and it was full of furniture.The only good thing about it is that looks like it's been remodeled.New carpet in the hallway so forth.But it's a two story building and there's no elevator
