"Paid for a high end room with sea view. Room was very tired and in need of update. Aircon was set on 16C and high fan and it was barely comfortable. Worst of all, in competition with every bar further along the “strip”, they had to have loud DJ music around the pool every night going to midnight. Afterwards, several people who had obviously been drinking the whole night come back to their rooms talking and making noise for another hour or two. A couple of positive aspects were two nice...

"The hotel didn’t have proper air conditioning and it was 37 degrees and we were dying. Poor housekeepers had to work in a sauna. I had paid for an oceanfront room which was a small hole in the wall with one twin bed when I had requested two beds. There were disgusting bugs all over the balcony and inside the room. The employees were excellent in this hotel which made it bearable. Other than that, I’ll never stay here again. "

"This is the second time this year we have stayed at the cettia beach ,we love the hotel right on the beach ,the staff are fantastic and can not do enough for you ,the food is good something for everyone the sweets to die for and the drinks are good for al inclusive.The bar and restaurant staff are the best nothing to much trouble. "There was no shampoo in the bathrooms, the remote for AC did not have batteries and it did not work well. Telephone needed replacement. You’d expect any of these to work seamlessly in any decent hotel but it took several request to get these straight here. The food, particularly desert section, was great.
