"Outstanding customer service, staff members were very helpful and polite. Rooms were very clean and very nice well kept. Hotel has a very clean parking lot and has plenty of spaces for all vehicles. I would have to say they do have an outstanding breakfast for the residents the stay. My family and I will definitely be coming back to this location. Thank you."

"The hotel has several upgrades that I appreciated, such as the laminate floors and the spacious shower. Parking is convenient, and the hotel is located just 20 minutes from Carlsbad Caverns National Park. However, the breakfast could have offered a better variety; I missed having fruit. On a positive note, the staff at the front desk is very kind and accommodating. Overall, it was a pleasant stay despite the breakfast options."

"Everything was really good! From the staff, room, mattress, pool & breakfast. Breakfast had bacon, sausage & eggs, you don't get that often. The room was clean and spacious. The mattress was a wonderful pillow top & pillows were comfy. Hotel is modern & well kept up. The pool was so nice after a hot day at the caverns, and sparkling clean. Only negative was not the hotel's fault. If you're there on a Sunday & Monday, know that many restaurants are closed. I struggled to find anything other than McDonald's open. Also, beware of parking next to the guests with big work trucks (there's many of them). My car got scratched. Overall, 10 out of 10. Thank you La Quinta!"
