Lovely hotel, not huge so personal feel. Absolutely spotless. Staff friendly and lovely pool. Very relaxing break. Worth noting there is no lift so had to use stairs. Not an issue for us but worth knowing if you do struggle with stairs so you can ask for an accessible room. Will stay there again.

Lots of free and easy parking in nice grounds. Check in was well managed and the introduction to the room was very good. There are 2 dining areas, both offering good food choices and lots of outdoor seating in the Spa bar. Room is well equipped with a large bathroom with large bath and over bath shower. Stayed here with my partner and we cant wait to rebook soon. Even though there was 2 wedding at the hotel an almost fully booked the staff were amazing and the hotel was truly lovely. It was a perfect mini break for us from work to get some quality time, relax in the spa and enjoy the grounds.

Our stay at Hempstead House in Sittingbourne completely excelled against expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make everything absolutely perfect. Every single member of the team was warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly – you could really feel that they cared about making guests comfortable. The rooms were spotlessly clean and beautifully kept, which made for a really relaxing stay. The spa was the highlight for us – we absolutely loved it. The jacuzzi and hydro pool were wonderfully warm, and even the small outdoor pool had lovely hot water, which was such a treat. It was the perfect place to unwind. The food at the hotel was also amazing – beautifully presented, full of flavour, and excellent service to match. Overall, Hempstead House is a gem. The staff, the spa, the food, and the atmosphere all came together to give us a stay we won’t forget. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing, friendly, and luxury experience in Kent.

Loved the pool - felt luxurious and private (even though there were other guests using the pool) Great staff and beautiful room in a wonderful setting Breakfast delicious and plentiful The hotel didn't feel too crowded even though they were hosting a wedding Attention needs to be paid to kettle location in the room plus need to have a usb charging point each side of the bed Non slip mat for the bath/shower covered the plug hole if not careful Food was disappointing from the A la Carte Menu and Service was very slow - due to the wedding party?

Mu daughter Ellie celebrating her 16th birthday the slate decorated with Happy birthday in white chocolate and sweets was lovely.The pooland spa very enjoyable.The only thing that wasnt nice was a mojito cocktail asked for,barman made with white rum tonic water ,2 slices of lime,a real mojito has crushed ice mint,brown sugar and it tasted unpleasant.

Wonderful stay

Staff were extremely helpful at all time, nothing was too much trouble. Room was amazing with comfortable bed and breakfast was lovely. We didn’t use the spa facilities but found the parts of the hotel we did use to be extremely clean and welcoming.

The spa was amazing, lovely warm water temperature, great facilities with sauna and steam room, and really great planning to have family swim slots. Great hotel, fantastic staff

Lovely hotel and facilities spa was fantastic. The only thing for me was the bed. The mattress was a little bit too soft and I am used to a hard mattress so give me backache in the morning. Restaurant was good staff very accommodating and friendly but would definitely stay again and recommend a friends.
