"we stayed for 3! nights - our phone didn't work- we asked for it to be fixed every day- It was the only way to reach the front desk. There were dust bunnies under the bathroom sink. There was no hot water in the shower.Also the elevator was held on the ground floor by the cleaning people filled up with laundry and cleaning supplies, so my 79 year old husband had to drag our heavy suitcase down a dangerous winding staircase "

"We stayed three nights over Easter at Capelongue, just one day after opening for the season—and unfortunately, it showed throughout. Check-in was poorly managed. We arrived at 12:30 with a pre-confirmed early check-in, yet no one could tell us when the room would be ready. We were sent to lunch (which was good), but even at 15:10 the room was still not available. When we pointed out that Expedia listed check-in from 15:00, we were told it was actually 16:00. We were eventually given the room shortly after, but the process felt disorganised. We booked a Deluxe Terrace but were given what seemed to be one of the smallest in that category, in the older part of the hotel. No seating area as shown in photos, visible dust, and a terrace next to the parking with a loud AC unit running constantly. It’s hard not to wonder whether booking via Expedia influenced the room allocation. Service lacked consistency: pool towels not cleared or set up properly, pool water not very clean, and empty glasses left around. Basic standards were missing. On the positive side, the food was good and restaurant service attentive, and the property is visually appealing. Overall, however, the experience fell short. Would return, but not at the start of the season."

"Decus par le type d hotel que je croyais etre un hotel de charme ,et c est Plutot un grand batiment cubique avec couloir immense et porte de secour style pour colonie de vacances acces au chambres complique car il faut resortir du hall Sinon equipement sportif exceptionel (golf paddle tennis basket salle de sport etc) "

"Chambre a rénover , petit dej a améliorer ( oeuf brouillé et lard froid) ,climatisation bloquée , surmatelas qui se déchire . Bref, un bon rafraîchissement à réaliser "
