"Limited parking. The hotel booked the entire 4th floor and the conference room for a private party. But failed to plan to actual overnight guest parking. When the party goers invited more guest than who were staying many over night guest were left with parking. They gave an option to park along curbs which blocked parked cars or park along marked fire curbs. The extra party goers took up all available spots including the circle drive and loading and unloading zones. Many guest parked at an empty lot next to the hotel that belonged to a business (it was Sat abd the company was closed weekends) but we were warned the company tows. Security assured all the guest waiting for parking that the party goers were told to leave and spots would available. We waited until 1am continually checking for spots and to ensure our vehicle had not been towed. We finally gave up, packed all stuff up and left at 1:30am to drive 8 hrs home. Absolutely ridiculous and poor planning. "

"My stay was okay but I would not return. there were a few issues. The room was not cleaned very well when I arrived and the elevator was broken, which made things difficult since my room was on the third floor, the experience could have been better. Property photos do not match. "

"I dont like that they charge $ 5.00 a day for parking if we are staying at there property. Thats not right."

"Occasionally then toilet water pump failed to fill the reservoir after flushing. Had to push on toilet lever multiple times for it to work. "

"Hotel was staff were very kind from the time of check in all the way to check out. The entire hotel was very clean both in common areas and my individual room. However, my room smelled muggy. Breakfast was provided, typical hotel food such as waffles, muffins, bagels, fruit, eggs, sausage, biscuit, gravy, juice and coffee. Coffee was available all day. There is a dog park near by. There is a beautiful walking trail near by (7 minutes drive) called Shoreline Trail that was a great spot to run. Lots of restaurants, shopping and entertainment within minutes of driving. "
