Disliked: Cleanliness, communication
Søndag morgen havde vi ingen varmt vand - kontaktede straks DanCenter, som ikke gjorde noget før mandag - så ingen bad til os i 2 dage! (Jeg forstår ikke at man ikke prøver at skabe kontakt med udlejer via telefon således at man måske kan løse problemet med det samme). Hertil havde DanCenter opkrævet penge for den slutrengøring vi havde bestilt og sendte et link med faktura. Dog virkede linket ikke, og jeg måtte igennem 2 ger næsten dagligt ringe til den ene ukompetente medarbejder efter den anden, som alle lovede at ringe tilbage, eller sende faktura til min mail - sågar bad de mig kontakte hotels.com da jeg havde bestilt huset derigennem. Sammenlagt har jeg brugt over 2 timer på at få adgang til min faktura. Jeg vil hellere spise Surströmming en hel uge, end at skulle have noget at køre med DanCenter nogensinde igen! Huset var iøvrigt fint, og har en skøn beliggenhed :-)
