"This was a perfect place for four people. The apartment was clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The only drawback was that there wasn’t much space to store or open our suitcases. We also had an issue with a beeping sound in the apartment. After 2 phone calls and a visit to reception, we figured it out and solved the issue. The location was excellent, with an easy walk to the city center. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay."

"Such a great choice for my Oslo break Read a few negative reviews and can’t understand what people were on about It’s a big hotel and yes is very busy for breakfast if you arrive at peak times…but choice at breakfast was superb way above 4star standard Lifts amazingly efficient and pool area lovely Only negative for me was lack of wardrobe space in standard double room and had to leave a lot of clothes in cases Will recommend hotel So convenient to train station Staff lovely and knowledgeable"

"Clean, quiet and stylish hotel. Excellent room, bathroom and shower. Some comfortable seating areas in lobby. Quick shuttle bus trip from terminal. Ideal for overnight stay before flight and good value. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Some minor gripes. The dinner menu is a cliche - pizza or burger, so I brought my own packed food. The deli shelves by reception were almost empty so don’t rely on this for evening food. I didn’t book breakfast due to early departure but from previous experience it is very satisfactory."

Office opens at 9am and email responses get answered only then. Fortunately we worked through the emails received prior to arrival and found the electronic access (via a phone app) in an email link. If we hadn't had the phone we were sleeping in the hallway until 9am! Do not miss the opportunity to walk the neighborhood as the grocery store is right next door, and the Old Timber Mill is not to be missed! The bus to Oslo (or the local terminal) runs every 10 minutes, stops in front of the apartment, and connections to everywhere are many. An entirely great visit and we hope that the communication and contact information improves, because emergencies do happen, and at 3 am, no answer is not a good response, nor a great impression..."
