"Super helpful staff. We were travelling when there was an intense rainstorm and a lot of local flooding. Many staff were unable to get to work and the lodge was short staffed leaving a frustrating situation. However, the staff that were there were amazing and did everything they could to make everything go smoothly. I would definitely stay again."

"Beautiful quiet historic boutique hotel, conveniently located on Water St, easy walk to restaurants and shopping. Our room #9 on the 3rd floor was very nice, great value for just over $200 taxes in (thru Expedia), plenty of free parking. We did not have the breakfast included (7-9am), but it sounded very nice for $20. Notes: 1) Shoes must be taken off at front entrance, sandals/slippers provided. 2) Stairs take you to the rooms on the 2nd & 3rd floor. We were offered assistance in carrying luggage up (but not needed)."
