In these difficult times this hotel and its management are doing their best to remain open and offergood value for money. Clean, spacious rooms and a comfortable bed was what we really appreciated. The hotel has a few cafes nearby on the beach which were open and serving food till @8pm. The bus service runs fairly reliably and is affordable for you to explore other beaches and restaurants. The main town in Skiathos isn't faraway and you are spoilt for choice. We wish the new owners of the hotel best wishes and encourage them to keep up their program of modernisation to their facilities.

Sehr schönes Hotel in guter Lage. Die Zimmer wurden gut gereinigt und auch desinfiziert. Der Strand ist schnell zu erreichen und man hat alles vor dem Hotel( Bus, Markt, Strand ). Absolut empfehlenswert.

hotel in ottima posizione, bisogna sapersi adattar

hotel in ottima posizione, personale molto efficiente e gentile, soprattutto la signora Eleni, Chris e Achilleas. Noi abbiamo fatto mezza pensione e la colazione a buffet era davvero ottima e abbondante mentre la cena non era a buffet e la cucina tipica greca deve piacere. A noi è piaciuta. Camera delta2 molto spaziosa, con ampia terrazzina vista piscina, al piano terra, poichè con 2 bambini piccoli (6 e 2 anni) sarebbe stato davvero difficile e faticoso raggiungere le camere più in alto,anche se godono di un panorama molto più bello sulla spiaggia di Achladias. Si respira proprio la grecia come la immaginavamo.

Good but rooms need maintenance

The room we had need a lot of maintenance. They do need abit of a face lift. Pool was amazing. it's right next to a bus stop which takes you to the beaches & town there's a mini mart acros the road which is handy too.

Ho soggiornato in questo albergo la settimana passata con la mia ragazza.....bungalow con vista mare... con cui ci si arriva direttamente con la moto senza passare dall entrata dell albergo...ottimo...pulizia giornaliera....piscina discreta x un bagno prima di cena...acqua calda....colazione internazionale....cena servita e non a buffet...molto buona....personale gentile e posizione ottima....da tornare....

Excellent location for beach, tavernas and town

We have visited Skiathos before but on a half board basis and now wanted more freedom so chose the Belvedere on their bed and breakfast basis. The hotel is in an excellent location for the beach, local tavernas and there is a bus stop right outside for travel to Skiathos Town or Koukanares. The hotel is beautifully clean and the staff are so helpful and pleased to assist in anyway they can. The hotel rooms are spacious with large balconies and plenty of chairs etc with fabulous sea views. There is a fridge in the room with air con (free to use, or it was in September) flat screen tv and a very modern bathroom. Bedding changed almost every day along with towels. Breakfast was plentiful including cereals, toast, fruit, yoghurt, juices, a great coffee machine then cooked bacon, eggs etc plus cakes cheese and ham. The pool is huge with lots of sunloungers and it has a swim up bar too, and has the sun all day long. Booking again for next year and already counting down.

Hotel in zona strategica

Sono stata in questo hotel in agosto con il mio ragazzo e devo dire che scelta migliore non potevo fare. È situato in una zona strategica : a 10 min dalle spiagge più belle e a 10 min dalla città di Skiathos. La struttura è pulita, il personale disponibile e la colazione molto buona. Consiglio di noleggiare un quad per visitare l isola e per arrivare nelle calette più belle! Diffidate come ho fatto io dalle recensioni molto negative di questo hotel. Le foto non rendono molto, una volta li vedrete che è ideale per chi come noi cecava tranquillità e comodità .

Good location but a bit run down & not maintained

This hotel is in a good location close to the lovely achaladies beach. We stayed in a bungalow which was spacious but everything was falling to bits & numerous light bulbs out etc. It was pointless asking for things to be fixed as they were inundated with requests. This hotel has great potential but is not maintained and finished off poorly. Lots of steps to the bungalows, it would be impossible for anyone with mobility issues to stay there going up and down those stairs everyday, was hard enough for our party that are either very young or fairly fit. Breakfast has potential to be good as the food was fine & the coffee particularly good but they have it on a tiny table & trying to get anything from it is queue after queue, they are also short of plates bowls & cutlery and you were constantly waiting for replenishment for everything to come out of the kitchen. Again it has potential but badly managed. Wouldn't stay here again sadly.

'Room with a view of the sea'

My room with a view of the sea was, in fact, a bungalow on top of the hill with a view of an olive tree rather than the sea. I had to climb 60 steps on a daily basis to access the room. The cleaners were very rude and did not even change the towels every day. The breakfast was very mediocre and did not accommodate people on a gluten free diet. The wifi is only accessible at the reception so prepare to spend lots of hours hanging out in the 2 reception sofas. There were bugs in the room and we even had to share a balcony with complete strangers! AWFUL EXPERIENCE! DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR, DO NOT BOOK WITH THE HOTEL!

THIS IS NOT A FOUR STAR HOTEL! Do not stay here. It is not even a 3 star hotel. I had to call venere for a refund and I had to pay for the first night. The good reviews are fake! It is a scam! Run away as fast as you can.

Hotel mit schönen Panoramablick

Wunderschöner Panoramablick von der Familiensuite über das Meer bis zur Insel Skopelos.Hotelpersonal ist immer freundlich und hilfsbereit.In den Zimmern fehlten leider Sitzmöglichkeiten(Stühle und Tisch).Im Bad waren leider keine Ablagemöglichkeiten und Haken(z.B. für Handtücher)vorhanden. Im Kleiderschrank wurde der Schimmel einfach Überpinselt.Die Strände der Insel sind sehr schön,vor allem das kristallklare Wasser besonders für Familien mit kleinen Kindern(z.B.Vromolinos Beach)sind Emfehlendswert.Wenn man die Insel und Skiathosstadt erkunden möchte,sollte man sich ein Auto mieten.

Nice basic hotel

We stayed 4 nights in July, great location 5 minutes walk to beach and water taxi to take you to town. There is a great supermarket right opposite. Staff always lovely. Quite basic hotel but our room (203) was (as I think all are) all modern and what seemed recently renovated. Large balcony. Everywhere was very clean. Seemed very quiet and never many people around the pool but assume was due to beach location. Lacked a bit of atmosphere round the pool as so quiet. Pool bar served snacks but again lacked atmosphere. (Bar staff were very good and friendly however) That said we would definitely recommend the hotel - it's definitely worth the money you pay. A 3 star rather than 4. All in all a nice little hotel.

Hotel in buona posizione

Ho soggiornato dal 1 luglio 2016 al 8 luglio 2016. Hotel in buona posizione per visitare l'isola, anche se su una strada in curva e trafficata, anche di notte. Buona la camera vista mare. Le dotazioni non sono da 4 stelle, (ascensore minuscolo e qualche giorno non funzionante, molto piccolo il bagno, senza vetro o tenda per la doccia e con porta battente contro il wc, internet attivo solo in sala comune). Abbondante e vario il buffet a colazione e consiglio di usufruire della cena, con ottima cucina a prezzi molto contenuti e con personale gentile e disponibile. Carina la piscina .

Vistelsen stämmer inte med beskrivningen. Det rum vi beställde (familjesvit) och fick bekräftelse på fanns enligt personalen inte på hotellet. Standarden på rummet var mycket låg. Städning och frukost var bra vilket lyfter betyget något.
