"I had a very comfortable and relaxing five-night stay at Scandic Park. The reception staff was very polite, professional, and helpful. There was a strike during my stay, so the staff not on strike did additional duties to keep the many guests comfortable and content. The hotel is centrally located and in excellent condition. I look forward to staying there again on my next visit to Sandefjord."

"Charming, cozy hotel with character. The Kong Carl is conveniently located near the Sandefjord town center, an easy walk from the train station. Staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. The room was as described, complete with mini-fridge and hot water kettle, and both the interior and exterior of the hotel have old-world charm and character. The hotel restaurant is convenient and delicious, with a well-stocked breakfast buffet and superb dinner menu. Walking distance to tasty coffee shops, the Hvaltorvet shopping mall, and the waterfront, among other things. A lovely stay—tusen takk!"
