"Great hotel & well-priced. Very comfortable bed and spotlessly clean. If you stay here, be prepared to negotiate your way up & down a pretty steep hill when walking to & from central Queenstown. Not suitable for those with mobility challenges. The Coco Cabana serves a delicious coco oat bowl for breakfast. However, it closes at 8:30pm & there is no room service after this time."

"El hotel está muy bien ubicado y tiene excelentes vistas al lago, todo el personal es muy amable, hay muchos argentinos y españoles en el staff y nos dieron un trato de lujo especialmente agustina, de lo que más me gustó del Hotel es el desayuno tienes de todo sumamente completo el café es buenísimo y la vista desde el restaurant es espectacular el Hotel ofrece todos los días, pan, galletas y tés sin costo en el lobby. Recomiendo ampliamente las habitaciones son limpias y bien ordenadas"
