We arrived at 14.30 and had to wait 15 minutes for someone to arrive on reception to be told the room was not ready and to go away for an hour. When we returned we were showed our room on the ground floor which we booked as a family room with a sea view and it looked at the carpark. The estate guard dog Kony is super friendly and my kids loved playing with her. The Arcadia is a mountainous area which is very different from other more popular Greek destinations.
