L’hotel è in una posizione ottimale in pieno centro città ma non ha nulla a che fare con un 4 stelle. Non ordina la camera tutti i giorni non ha frigobar ha un armadio con pochissimi appendini ed ha l’aria condizionata centralizzata che non puoi gestirti autonomamente. La colazione è sufficiente ma con scarsa scelta. In sostanza un albergo accettabile e pulito ma nulla a che fare con un quattro stelle. È molto piccolo con colazione in reception. Personale molto disponibile e cortese.

Do not book here, for sure do not on the weekend!!

There is a dance club or night club directly under my room. The hotel literature said quiet time was from 10pm to 8am. I pointed this out to the woman at the desk and she said it was saturday and that it was midnight. It was about 12:45 when the music stopped being pumped into my room. Neither the hotel, nore hotels.com would let me checkout with a refund (this was my first night). The shampoo in the bathroom had clearly been used before. I talked to someone at the front and she assured me they were new, even with the oily feel to the outside of the bottle that was clearly shampoo, and the broken seal at the top of the bottles with dried shampoo around it. (see my pictures). The room did not look anything like what is on the hotels.com website. The owner has another hotel and I'd guess that the pictures were from that hotel. If you come in the middle of the week it may not be bad, however if you come on the weekend and you thought you were going to get some sleep you can forget it, at least not until about 1am. I'd book anywhere else

Great location, friendly staff.

Very friendly and helpful staff, perfect location. Clean comfortable bed. Just need to be aware that address on map takes you to the mall / complex where hotels, shops etc are located rather than specifying exactly where it is within the mall / complex. The hotel is on the top floor, at the closest end to the city centre, and therefore the furthest away from the central station. Hopefully this will save you 10/20 mins of searching.

Great location and friendly staff

Very friendly staff who were more than willing to help with advice on things to see and do. Location was amazing in the very heart of Skopje with many major sights and good shopping basically outside the hotel entrance. Breakfast was generous and included a variety of cold food. On the negative side there was a bad smell coming from the drains in the bathroom that also reached the rest of the room. The bathtub didn't look properly maintained and clean. If these two issues were addressed - we would heartily recommend this hotel for a weekend getaway in Skopje!

3 day trip to Skopje

Stayed here in December 2015. The hotel had really good service, really nice staff. The room looked nice. The only negative thing was that we weren't able to turn up the heat at night, so it was cold at night. Overall it was an okay nice hotel.

A good base to explore the city

Skopje is a quirky, interesting, fast changing capital and well worth a short visit. The people are very warm and welcoming and always try to be helpful. This was my second visit, partly to see the changes taking place and I can recommend the city and hotel.

Engagerade medarbetare, högt värde för pengarna

Den underbara receptionisten sa att jag råkade vara den dagens enda kund (men de var fullbokade före och efteråt) så morgonen därpå köpte hon frukost enligt mitt önskemål i stället för deras ordinarie utbud. Hon kom bl a tillbaka med en omelett som kunde göra allt utom att flyga. Förutom tips om sevärdheter, transportmedel och nöjen fick jag också på ett trivsamt och initierat sätt kunskap om levnadsvillkoren i Makedonien och de pågående politiska debatterna. Hotellet ligger på andra våningen i stans köpcentrum från 70-talet så man måste faktiskt ta ett par rulltrappor upp innan man hittar det, ingången är inte direkt från gatan och på flera av restaurangerna längs med floden Vardar kände man inte till det. Rummen var oklanderligt rena och sängen otroligt skön.

Hotel it's on the second floor of a shopping center. Underground garage had no signs, there were no hotel signs anywhere except right at the little glass entrance door. Receptionist was very nice, rooms quite modern but my bathroom has sewage smell. Nicely located near center

Nice enough

Nice and cheap. Hard to find, no proper signs to show where it is in the cluster of shops. The walls were thin, but people were quiet. Overall pretty good for the price.
