"When we pulled up at the Selini Suites we thought we had made a bit of a mistake. The surrounding area was sparse with not a great deal going on. We were relieved that we had booked to stay half board because there are no restaurants within walking distance. That said, you can easily hop on a bus to Chania and be there within 40mins.The moment we walked into the hotel our impression changed- never judge a book by its cover!
