"First and foremost Nikola was excellent- provided wonderful customer service. It’s hard to rate the hotel itself because we went during motoGP when hotel prices across the board seemed to be 3 times the normal cost. We also went during a heat wave and the hotel does not have a/c. They did provide fans/cooling units but they were no match for the property’s infrastructure and heat. That said the rooms were clean, breakfast spread was nice and the staff was great! Location was also a plus."

"Overall, it's a great hotel perfect location, walking distance from everywhere. The rooms were very clean but the room had very strong cleaning soap smell. Regarding the staff well some of them were nice and helpful and some were just the opposite, trying to help as little as they can. We didn't eat breakfast at the hotel. There are plenty of places nearby to enjoy Brno amazing atmosphere."

"We were blown away by this gorgeous apartment! The suite was absolutely beautiful. Could not get over the stunning view that overlooked the square which was just so lovely. It had the perfect amount of amenities for our four night stay. We fell in love with Brno, and this stay definitely factored in. You will not be disappointed!"

"The hotel is fine but a few things would have improved my stay. 1) blackout curtains or blinds and 2) fix the shower hose and hang a shower curtain. The bathroom floor got very wet. The wall gadget to hold the severely leaking shower head was broken. 3) air conditioning would be good and very necessary in hot weather. Good points? The small, unheated pool was very cooling. The bedrooms are large."

"Great value, good location, excellent staff. We were able to park in the courtyard, although I messaged 3 x to reserve a spot as requested. Seems that Goodnite dont respond to messages via hotels.com app. Other slight negatives: the windows in our room were huge and the curtains didn't fit properly. Also, one was half off its rail. No ventilation in bathroom and use of air fresheners throughout the hotel is not pleasant. Despite this, I enjoyed my stay."
