"Very good for the price. I'm not a fan of rugs in hotels, since they tend to loose their plushness over time and end up with permanent dull patches even after thorough cleaning. So, the use of rugs in the rooms is the reason I won't rate them excellent. Otherwise, everything else, beds, bathrooms, kitchenette, pool, gym are well maintained for such a large space."

"Excellent stay, hotel is refreshed as others have noted. The room was immaculately clean and beds comfortable with new furniture and new carpet in the rooms. Not a 100% remodel but definitely one of the better Minot properties. Staff struggled with lack of training to get me checked in but upgraded my room without me asking, to accommodate for the inconvenience. This is a solid property and will become my regular for monthly business travel."

"Perfect little pool and hot tub for the kids. Room had a broken computer desk chair and larger sitting chair that were not in the best shape. It’s an older hotel with some recent upgrades. The bedding and beds were clean, but the vacuuming and bathroom could have used a little more cleaning. Place was quiet, family friendly, and the price was right. No breakfast, only coffee available. Would stay again."
