"Towels barely had any fluff on them. They were very rough and absorbent. The bathtub filled with standing water while taking a shower The pillows were hard as rocks. General staff were very friendly but speaking with your manager not so much. Attitude was uninterested at best. "

"Stay was very comfortable for the price that was paid. The staff member that checked me in, didn’t give me any information other than my room key. They didn’t inform where the elevators or any of the amenities were, and didn’t give information about WiFi or where my room was located. They also asked for my license plate and felt rushed. Luckily, the room was booked early since the price shot up a few hundred dollars, otherwise the review would be different. We’re staying here again in May since the pricing was a deal, so hopefully the staff will give SOME information rather than letting their guest walk around blindly. If their check in service is this way, they might as well save the money from paying employees and use kiosks since all I was given was the room keys without information. "

"The staff was very friendly but they have several problems at this hotel the toilets kept flooding we would return back to the room and it’s flooded after being gone all day. The elevators kept breaking and one didn’t work at all. We saw someone’s window get snatched so be careful where you park at and don’t leave anything in your car "

"This was probably the worst stay ever. And is both party fault expidia and sonesta. Both don’t really go over the pet policy in detail only once you arrive. Online it wasn’t very clear that the pool was going under renovations and because of the renovations it’s loud in the morning so sleeping in will be hard due to the noise. In the middle of the night we we’re woken up by people talking loud and slamming door followed by a child’s crying and yelling its head off. The parents did nothing about it and the kid would start and stop over and over. Honestly, the grown-up woke us up by talking really loud and we stayed up because of the crying. We called the front desk to ask if they can tell them to stop. Once they were asked to stop they still continued the kid still cried until an hour later we asked if they could be moved and they said no so we had to move in order to get a good nice rest for tomorrow at the theme parks. Once we were moved, we asked for a nice quiet place away from anything and was placed in front of the construction of the new pool getting woken up early in the morning while having a little to none sleep. I’m a blue-collar man who works +10 hours a day. I saved up a whole year to take this trip and just for it to get ruined like this. they just treating me like a robotic customer and not caring about the bad stay. But hey as long as they make their money. "
