There was just 1 guy standing near the perpetually crowded lobby giving out the keycard and his command of English wasn’t great. Good enough to tell you that you would be held responsible for any violation of house rules. Additional keycards required a further deposit of RM200, so cough up if you’re travelling in a big group and need flexibility. 1 parking lot allocated per apartment. Wyndham Garden Shahzan Fraser's Hill"Not super impressed with the hotel itself. Location obviously super nice but hotel very run down, built in a 70’s style and never upgraded. Lot of damage from plenty of fungus and mold on walls and in bedrooms. 24 hours without wifi and only cold water. Maybe self inflicted as there apparently is a water heater per room but I have never experienced an in-room water heater so did not have the experience to look for it. I do not think I will come here again"
